The garden called life must be watered with the sprinkles of respect, care, concern, and above all, fertilized with patience.
To have a garden, one that grows healthy, it must be nurtured but also protected.
Patience is the emotional hoe that helps us weed out negative feelings in the garden, ridding it of the things that are really not important in the day-to-day living.
Patience is the lightning rod that helps us through the storms of conflicts and arguments.
Patience is the scarecrow that protects our garden. It stands silent watch over our feelings, and helps us realize that whatever people fight or argue about is not significant in the main, because it is the friendship or relationship that is more important.
People are like emotional bombs--
Only egos detonate them;
Only patience can de-fuse them . . .
Patience is one of the indicators on the scale of the emotional barometer of a controlled ego, in balance and harmony with one's spirit.
To be spiritually aware, requires a prevailing condition of patience -- something which one,
no matter how big the heart,
can never be full.
